The policies and guidelines expressed herein establish the operating principles and acceptable use policies as they relate to the customer's and/or site visitor's use of this web site and the access and use of the services provide by and hosted on the E-PageAds.com server.

The Internet is a voluntary association of users interested in and willing to exchange information and data with other Internet users. At present there is no oversight group providing formal governing over the principles, policies or procedures for use of the Internet or the information and data accessed via the Internet other than community and organizational bodies formed within.

Principles Governing Acceptable use of this web site by the Customer and /or site Visitor

1. Responsibility and Respect - The Internet is a network intended for use by mature, adult users. The customer and/or site visitor recognizes this principle and undertakes at all times to act with respect, courtesy and responsibility, giving due regard to the interests and rights of other Internet user groups. This general guideline carries with it the following specific responsibilities:

a) Improper Uses - Customers and/or site visitors will avoid violation of certain generally accepted guidelines on Internet usage such as restrictions on mass submissions or usage of freely offered services, mailings and mass advertisements, pirating or copying of software, mail bombing or other methods of attempting to deny service or access to other users of our site and its services offered, and avoid any attempts to violate any form of security associated with this web site or any services offered through the web site.

b) Compliance with Laws - The operator of this web site and customers and/or site visitors will ensure that all use of this web site and any and all of its services offered lie within all applicable federal, state and local law and regulation, including but not limited to those principles of law which protect against compromise of copyrights, trade secrets, proprietary information and other intellectual property rights, libel or defamation of character, invasion of privacy, tortuous interference, and export of technical or military data to prohibited countries.

c) Validation of Information - Customers and/or site visitors are responsible for validating the integrity of the information and data it receives or transmits over the Internet to this web site.

d) Security - Customers and/or site visitors are required to protect the security of its Internet account and usage. The customer(s) and/or site visitor(s) e-mail will be treated as private and confidential and will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties by E-PageAds Inc.

e) Discretion and Judgment - Customers and/or site visitors are expected to use discretion in the treatment and handling of Internet information and data and to take particular care to insure that adult information is not transmitted to juvenile users of the Internet via the use of any services offered on this web site. If appropriate, all offenders committing such actions and behaviour shall be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, no exceptions whatsoever.

f) Pornography - Due to legal and social issues, we will not accept any new or previous customers and/or site visitors who publish pornographic images. We do not allow any pornographic content on our server, including but not limited to nude photographs, explicit language, or sexual fiction. If an existing customer and/or site visitor publishes pornographic images, E-PageAds Inc. may suspend and/or cancel any order and report such actions and behaviour to the appropriate legal authorities. All offenders if necessary and appropriate, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, no exceptions whatsoever.

g) Now read the bottom line ...:
Any customer and/or site visitor that enters, uploads, transmits or otherwise by any other form or means, pornographic material or nudity to our server, this includes but is not limited to BANNERS, CLICKER SITES, EDITORIALS, STORIES, NUDE PHOTOGRAPHS, EXPLICIT LANGUAGE, SEXUAL FICTION, OR ANYTHING THAT E-PAGEADS INC. DEEMS INAPPROPRIATE FOR OUR SERVER, will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and may potentially be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, no exceptions whatsoever. All and any monies paid will be forfeited.
